Delivery Times

All accessories and jewellery purchased are handmade to order. Please allow 2-5 weeks for your order to be made before your item(s) can be delivered. 

For Ophelia Ren Bridal’s bespoke service please allow 4-8 weeks for your order to be designed,  made and shipped. Bespoke orders will be arranged on enquiry. To start your bespoke design journey please get in touch via the contact page before ordering, or email info@opheliarenbridal.com.

Any changes made to your bespoke order during the making process may incur additional charges.

Rush orders are accommodated wherever possible so if you need your chosen piece quickly, please get in touch via the contact page before ordering or email info@opheliarenbridal.com.

Import and taxes

Customs and taxes

If you are an international customer, you may need to pay custom charges and/or taxes. Please check with your country's customs and border control for more information. The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ophelia Ren Bridal cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or any charges that were incurred.

From the 1st January 2021 anyone ordering from EU countries may incur additional charges. Please note the information above.

As every piece is made especially for you, I’m unable to accept returns. I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have and want you to feel completely confident before placing your order.
